Shipment confirmation and order tracking
- Customers will receive and order confirmation and a tracking number via email when the order has been processed.
- The duration of shipping is decided by the customer at the time of order placement. However, in case of selecting ‘Free Shipping’, the duration of shipment is decided by the company
- Free shipping is applicable on orders above $50 within the USA. This can be availed on all products.
- Subscription orders are considered as separate orders. Free shipping is applicable in case the total value of the subscribed product(s) is above $50.
Customs, duties, and taxes
- Keylife CBD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- Keylife CBD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
